All Exhibitors need to complete and mail or email a signed application.
Make a payment via PayPal or mail checks with completed application to: Acterra/CEC, P.O. Box 117926, Burlingame, CA 94011-7926. Application, payment and logo must be received by May 15, 2013 to guarantee inclusion in Fair advertising. • Each exhibitor is responsible for its own insurance coverage and meeting any governmental requirements (licenses, vendor permits, etc.) San Mateo County temporary event forms required for food or beverages may be downloaded here. • All equipment, materials, tables, and displays must be removed by 2:30pm. • Street and parking area will reopen at 3:00pm. Please be aware that violators will be cited.
